In a town full of taco places, this is a North Austin hidden gem. Dos Batos is just simple, good, consistent. Clean and laid back atmosphere. The family cares about making good food.
I ordered two wood fire Taco Loco, with an apple soda. The service was great. They offered a tortilla without cheese to accommodate my diet restrictions. Next time I am in Austin I will return to Dos Batos!!
You can't beat the wood fired top sirloin taco !!! I always order the Steak Pirata taco with extra salsa because besides being delicious it's HEATED!!! The service is always really friendly too. Give them a try asap.
